Maria Diaz Perera (Illustrator)
I'm not sure how I first discovered illustrator María Díaz Perera work. It was probably through Pinterest. Either that or I was googling "cute men with beards." (It wouldn't be the first time!) I don't remember exactly what I was doing when I came across her illustrations, but I do remember the images:
So cute! I love María's quirky style and her use of bright, bold colors. Looking at her work, I get a jolt of energy that is much needed this time of year! The images are so strong and confident. I also really like how she "draws" so much inspiration from music. (I'm loving the Morissey tote!) Any woman who spends her time sketching the Beatles is a gal after my own heart!
You can find more of Maria's work on her website and on her Instagram page. Scroll down to check out her inspirations below. Thanks, María! ~Erin
