Tawny Chatmon (Artist)
Today, I’m excited to be sharing the lovely and layered work of artist Tawny Chatmon! Born in Tokyo, and raised on three different continents, Tawny is a self-taught artist whose work merges photography with collage, paint, and digital elements to create something truly special. I really love the way she manipulates the image, adding layer upon layer. What may start off as a simple portrait becomes something wonderfully complex and interesting under Tawny's talented hand! I often find myself staring at her images for extended periods of time, marveling at the depth of imagery.
